Coffee Cowboy Roast

Single origin organic bean roasted to the very darkest level of roast possible.  This is the smoothest roast with the darkest smokiest flavors possible in our artisan roaster.  This roast is a favorite of many of the customers who prefer a robust and fully developed flavor with smoky and silky smooth overtones of roasted coffee.  No burnt flavors here at all, just a very deep dark roast that will challenge your taste buds in flavor.
